 Dr. Valentin Ferro received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry in 1998, at which time he began practice in Tuscaloosa. He is a member of the Alabama Dental Association, American Dental Association and United States Dental Institute among others. He is especially committed to providing his patients with the most complete, state-of-the-art dental care available, provided in a very relaxed family oriented atmosphere.

 Crystal V. Jones, R.D.H. is the newest addition to our dental family. She earned her dental hygiene degree from Wallace State College in 2009 and has been with us since. In her spare time she enjoys reading, writing and having fun with her one year old nephew. Crystal is a highly dedicated hygienist and has a passion for making others smile.

 Carolyn Murray is our finance coordinator and office manager. She is highly skilled in dental insurance and office finance. She has been with our team since 2003.
She resides in Tuscaloosa with her son. She is very involved with her son's high school baseball activities. She is very detailed and meticulous in explaining our patients' dental benefits and what to expect financially. |

She resides in Northport with her husband Jason and daughters Brittaney
and Brooke. Our entire staff is very proud of her husband, a career officer in the U.S. Navy. She stays busy with dentistry and her two teenage
daughters. Marcy's outgoing personality, great sense of humor and deep compassion make her patients comfortable from the start. |

![]() Haley Pate-Hitt is our administrative assistant. She has been with our team since 2005. She is always eager to greet each patient with a warm welcome and makes them feel right at home. She married to her best friend, Jeremy Hitt and they are expecting their first child. Every visit to our office begins with her greeting you with her super warm smile!

 Mary Lauren Souders is one of our dental assistants. She has been Dental Assistant for 2 years and with our team since 2009. She is originally from Greensboro but has recently moved to Tuscaloosa. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her friendly and gentle nature always brings her patients back. |

 Charity Guyton, R.D.H. is our most tenured hygienist.
She earned her Associates Degree in Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Wallace State College in 1996. She has been with our team since 2003. Her experience, skill and gentle nature keep her patients coming back for healthy smiles.
She resides in Northport with her husband Danny and daughter Cana.
